We’re so inspired by these campaigns that are tipping on Valentine’s Day. The groups behind them have crafted powerful messages about love, health, and respect, and we can’t wait to see the flood of messages on the big day. 

One Billion Rising For Justice

V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. The campaign serves as a call to action for men and women everywhere to share their stories and voices at the places where they need justice and an end to violence.

National Respect Announcement

A project of Break the Cycle and the National Domestic Violence Hotline, loveisrespect is an online destination for information and and action strategies for healthy relationships and dating abuse prevention. The organization’s Thunderclap campaign aims to encourage young people to register for the National Respect Announcement. On February 14, students across the nation will read the announcement over their schools’ PA systems, in meetings, or in classes. At 9 AM EST, the Thunderclap message will be blasted out across supporters’ social networks.

Valentine’s Love for ALL

John-Michael Parker, singer in the band Great Caesar, launched a Thunderclap campaign to promote his band’s music video, which is centered around equality. John-Michael and his band though Valentine’s Day was the perfect day to encourage their fans to take a stand for equality and love.
