A Year in Review
We can hardly believe it’s almost 2014! To celebrate the conclusion of a successful year and the start of a new one, we’ve rounded up some campaigns from 2013 that not only had a tremendous social reach, but also shed light on important issues, technology, and ways to have a positive impact on the planet.

World Food Day on Thunderclap
Wednesday, October 16 is World Food Day. All over the world, organizations are working to create advocacy campaigns and awareness events to fight against hunger and shed light on developments happening in food security and agriculture.

Designer Michael Kors has partnered with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) to fight hunger. So far, the Watch Hunger Stop campaign has helped WFP deliver more than 1.7 million meals to children in need. Want to keep that number growing? Lend your voice to the campaign.
Join the United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe (UNRIC) in sharing ways to reduce food waste and decrease the size of your “foodprint.”
