BEGINNING OF THE STORY :
Hi. My name is Deniz and I am a university student from Turkey. I have notized that when we rise in the morning and listen to the radio or read the newspaper, we are confronted with the same sad news: violence, crime, wars, and disasters. I cannot recall a single day without a report of something terrible happening somewhere. So what can I do for this? Now, I got the answer but I need your help.
Have you ever asked such as these questions: What can I do for peace? What can I do about wars, conflict and suffering?
How the world would be a happier place for everyone? I am increasingly asking myself: what can I do for peace?
Finally I realize that It all starts in the mind. If we are not peaceful in our own mind, how can we be at peace with those around us?
So how can I calm my mind – The answer is meditation, binaural beats, positive affirmations and nature sounds. They are simple, natural mental practice which promote relaxation, releases stress, and promotes energy. Released of stress, anxiety and tiredness, the mind spontaneously experiences its innate positive attributes such as acceptance, patience, love, generosity, forgiveness and empathy. They are good for health also, as stress is well understood to be the trigger of ill health, both physical and mental.
SCIENTIFIC BACKGROUND : Studies Reveal Meditation Can Lower Crime Rates, Suicide Rates, And Car Accidents In Surrounding Cities
In 1978, what is known as the “Maharishi Effect” took place when a group of 7000 individuals over the course of 3 weeks were meditating in hopes of positively effecting the surrounding city. They were able to literally transform the collective energy of the city which reduced global crime rates, violence, and casualties during the times of their meditation by an average of 16%.
People who were not even meditating and had no idea that this experiment was even happening were being an impacted by such a degree that it caused a statistical change in their behaviour.
Suicide rates and automobile accidents also were reduced with all variables accounted for. In fact, there was a 72% reduction in terrorist activity during the times at which this group was meditation.
A specific study published in Psychology, Crime & Law found that crime rate dropped by 13% in Merseyside, Great Britain during time when people were meditating in large groups, whereas a control city where people where not meditating in large groups saw a steady crime rate. As the study concluded :
There were 255,000 less crimes in Merseyside from 1988 to 1992 than would have been expected had Merseyside continued to follow the national crime trend. Demographic changes, economic variables, police practice, and other factors could not account for the changes.
Almost 50 studies have been done further confirming the benefits of global meditation and it’s direct impact on everything in the world, with another study being published in Social Indicators Research which showed an overall violent crime rate drop by 15% when 4000 participants participated in group meditation. We know meditation has endless health and psychological benefits, but it is now being explored by politics and sociology because of its undeniable impact on the behaviour of other people.

My aim is reach as many people as possible because I have a dream about more peaceful world. We can bring Hope & Opportunity to people with many invaluable tools for creating health, well-being, as well as personal and spiritual growth.
I believe if I can make someone smile, the world will become more peaceful place.Creating world peace takes many forms, but surely it begins with individuals. It continues to be the most significant challenge of humankind and requires the efforts of each of us.
I want to create many invaluable tools and make them accessible for everyone at anytime.
Can I make the World peaceful?
Don't think, "what can I do?" or that you are insignificant….,when the world is in a problem. You too have a role to play. Now we have a problem : The world is crying out for peace. Tune into the news today, and it’s evident: the world is becoming an increasingly violent place. Everyday we are increasingly asking: what can I do for peace? What can I do about wars, conflict and suffering?
It all starts in the mind. If we are not peaceful in our own mind, how can we be at peace with those around us?

All world problems, from military conflicts to domestic conflicts, are caused by violence. Through meditation we can remove the cause of violence, thus bringing peace to the world.
Any action that is undertaken without inner peace only leads to regret. And peace does not mean inaction. One has to use all methodologies to curb terrorism. We have to do it through education and persuasion. Force should be used only when nothing else works. Meditation and daily wisdom have transformed the aggression and violence inside people into compassion, love, and care. In these times of war and disease in the world, it’s so important that we all meditate a little bit every day. When we meditate, we nullify those vibrations, thereby creating a more harmonious environment around us.
