The United States of America does not invest enough in the health of our moms. In America women and mothers experience problems in getting medical care. This leads to bad outcomes like more early or premature births, more babies and moms dying, serious health problems, and stress on the whole family.

American moms and families need better care and support but right now many government officials DO NOT notice these problems. We’re building a group of moms, families, businesses and national leaders to bring attention and we would love for you to join us this Mother’s Day. We need help from you, the lawmakers, and private groups with these issues:

                     1. High rate of premature births

                     2. Different outcomes in care based on race

                     3. Little to no early care in pregnancy

                     4. High rate of maternal deaths

                     5. No parental, family care or personal medical leave
