McDonald's: Win Back Our Trust

HEY MCDONALD'S: IT’S TIME TO WIN BACK OUR TRUST!

McDonald's loves to tout its image as a family friendly brand. But did you know that in the last few years, they’ve started putting their advertising dollars behind TV programs that are patently family unfriendly? Shows full of:

- foul language,
- violence, and
- sexually  explicit content.

In fact, they've gone from one of the best to one of the worst television sponsors.

Their shareholders are meeting on Wednesday, May 22.  Let's use Thunderclap to send a message loud and clear: We've had enough of McDonald's sponsorship of offensive content, and it’s time to Win Back Our Trust. It's quick and easy: sign up today to dedicate one Facebook post or Tweet to this campaign.

    Thank you for taking part in this Thunderclap set for May 22. McDonald's needs to know that the American people mean business!.

    If you can take just a few more minutes,  please sign a petition for McDonald's to reconsider its support for sexual, profane and violent content on television, and return to its previous (and successful!) family-friendly ad strategy.

    Remember that that most McDonald's managers may not know about the offensive programming McDonald's buys ads for, so next time you make a quick run to McDonald's, let them know!  Download this flyer and hand it to the manager at the store.
