Open Access Button Launch

Research is hard. What shouldn’t be hard though is getting access to the papers you need. You know the frustration of finding the research paper you need, but you can’t afford the $30 to access it. That’s why the Open Access Button exists.

The Open Access Button’s apps help you in two ways. First the apps help you get the research you want right now, and add papers you still need to your wishlist. Then when you have completed your research and you are ready to publish, the mobile app helps you make your work Open Access and reach the people who can make an impact with your work.

Download the free mobile and web app launching on 21 October at openaccessbutton.org.

We need your support to reach our goal of 250 supporters. Tell your friends, share it on social media, and invite your followers to join. Don’t forget you can support up to three times if you have accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr.

@OA_Button

The Open Access Button was founded and run by volunteer students and young researchers around the world tired of not being able to get the research they need. Together they work to build apps, tell stories and support campaigns which will help make this problem a thing of the past.
