Celebrate World Wi-Fi Day

World Wi-Fi Day highlights the unlicensed spectrum crunch that threatens to degrade the wireless Internet technology we use to connect our computers, tablets and smartphones every day.

Save Our Wi-Fi believes policymakers in the U.S. and around the globe must act now to free up more of the unlicensed spectrum needed to support the Wi-Fi networks we depend on for fast, reliable Internet.

On World Wi-Fi Day, it is more important than ever to highlight the incredible impact that Wi-Fi has on enriching people’s lives across the globe; whether it’s allowing individuals in underserved communities to search and apply for jobs, or allowing students in and out of classrooms to engage in e-learning, or helping hospitals treat patients more effectively, or simply letting us access all the streaming movies and music we love.

Wi-Fi powers our lives, and we need policies in place that will help keep it running. If you agree, join our Thunderclap today!
