This year’s No
Smoking Day (Wednesday 8 March) theme is to feel like a winner by kicking the
Sheila Duffy, Chief Executive of ASH Scotland, said:
“There’s one sure way to be both healthier and wealthier, and that’s quitting smoking. There’s more support than ever available, so however you want to do it, No Smoking Day on the 8th of March is the perfect opportunity to kick the habit and feel like a winner.”
NHS stop-smoking services are supporting No Smoking Day. If you want to quit, call Smokeline on 0800 84 84 84 for free, expert advice and help, however you want it. Lines are open from 8AM to 10PM seven days a week. The official No Smoking Day web page at http://bit.ly/2khHmma offers help, support and advice on how to quit and feel like a winner.
