Every year, CMS proposes and implements changes to the Medicare Advantage (MA) program that impact the 18 million seniors and individuals with disabilities that depend on the program, as well as the nurses, doctors, family and friends that care for them. Traditionally, some members of Congress stand up for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and submit letters to CMS urging against any changes that put seniors' access to care at risk.
This year we saw the largest, bipartisan majority of members of Congress write letters urging against harmful payment and policy changes that could potentially reduce seniors' benefits, increase cost-sharing and reduce access to Medicare Advantage plans. Help us acknowledge their effort to support and strengthen Medicare Advantage for current and future beneficiaries by joining our Thunderclap. Make your voice heard in Washington and thank Congress for their action on this important issue!
