#nystagmusbigswim

At least 1 in 1,000 people will be affected by nystagmus at some time in their life. Nystagmus causes visual impairment and people who have it need help and support in school, at work and in general day to day life. But so many people have never heard of nystagmus. We want to change that. That's why we're holding the #nystagmusbigswim to raise awareness of nystagmus. We want everyone to feel they can take part. So whether you’re just about to swim your first width at the local pool or planning to swim the English channel – you can take part in the Nystagmus Big Swim.

All you have to do is tell everyone about it.
