JUSTICE FOR OLIVE! Olive is an abused stray dog who has been held under Breed Specific Legislation since 10 April 2016 - 620 days! There was to be a judicial review on 22 November 2017 but DEFRA have applied for the case to be adjourned and a new court date to decide her fate is still not in place. Olive has been assessed by an independent qualified expert and found to be not type. Olive has a lovely home waiting for her, with a person who is willing to take her through the exemption process if deemed necessary - all legal requirements passed. There is a public campaign supported by thousands of people who are asking for the Destruction Order be overturned. Do not take her life! FREE OLIVE 22 November 2017!
I am a member of a public campaign to free Olive, to seek justice for her and all stray dogs who fall innocent victim to Breed Specific Legislation.
