Data suggests that when a father is engaged/involved in their child’s life, children are more prepared academically with an increase life outcome.
The Drive to Five messaging campaign will equip and empower fathers with the necessary tools to understand and navigate through their own self-development and to encourage engagement during the most formative years of their child’s life up to age 5. Fathers Incorporated will accomplish this through product development and disseminating information through our established community forums i.e local barbershops, learning centers and community events. Drive to Five has 6 priority areas to move the work forward; 1) Education 2) Family Stability 3) Financial Education/Literacy 4) Safety 5) Equity and 6) Health and Wellness
The goal of the program is to increase the likelihood that non-resident parents will continue to be active in the lives of their children at 5 years old.
Our mission is to engage, equip and empower a community network of fathers and families by creating an environment of support, parental education, positive societal narratives and a father-focused blueprint to elevate the awareness of responsible fatherhood.
